How long will it take to receive my order?

We guarantee all orders will be delivered within 4 weeks from the date ordered, however some orders may arrive sooner. We do offer Rush Service for customers who need their orders sooner or by a specific date.

Can I order Labels (or any items) separately?

No. We are a one-stop shop where all items are included in the price of the gift packaging design you choose.  Labels, ribbon, bags, boxes, or any other items are not sold separately.

Is there a Minimum Quantity per order?

Yes. The minimum number of gift bags or gift boxes is twelve (12) per type (per order).

Do you offer Samples so I can see the product before I place my order?

We do not offer samples at this time. All products can be viewed on our website.

How do I know if my gift items will fit into the gift bags or gift boxes I order?

We recommend measuring the items that you are placing in the gift bags and gift boxes, to make sure they will fit. All dimensions for all bags and boxes we offer are accurately listed on our website.

Do you charge Sales Tax on orders?

We only charge Sales Tax on orders that ship to the state of Colorado and is calculated based on the specific destination city. Orders delivered outside of Colorado will not be subject to this tax.  However, some international orders may be subject to Customs Duties and Taxes where applicable.  Please see our Terms of Sale for more information.

How much does Shipping cost?

We ship most orders by UPS (United Postal Service) or USPS (U.S. Post Office) and the cost is based on weight, destination, and handling expenses. The WBC does not profit from shipping.

How will my order arrive?

All bags & boxes are packaged and delivered flat for protection purposes during shipping. They are quick and easy to set up. Each comes with your label pre-adhered and your ribbon pre-cut ready for you to tie (unless otherwise specified or requested by the customer). The contents of your order are organized for your convenience and for easy assembly.

Do you offer a Rush Service?

Yes. At Checkout, you can choose our Rush Service and your order will be delivered within 5 to 10 business days. A one-time Rush Service Fee of $45 plus shipping will apply to your order. Again, be sure to check the Rush Service box on the checkout page when placing your order and enter the date by when you need to receive your order by in the fields provided. Otherwise your order will be delivered within 4 weeks.

Note: Rush Service cannot be applied to orders requiring special label design requests such as Color changes, Font changes, or custom Logo/Artwork requests.

Do you offer Wholesale Pricing?

Not at this time. Our products are already very competitively priced, though we do offer volume discounts.

Do you have a Catalog you can send me?

We do not offer a print catalog. All of our products can be viewed on our website.

Do you offer any Discounts?

Yes, we offer large volume discounts beginning at orders of $500 or more. Discounts are automatically calculated on the Shopping Cart page.

Do you have any gift, food, or favor items for sale?

No, we only offer custom gift packaging. Visit our Links page for gift companies we recommend.

Do you offer Label Proofs?

Yes. Select the "Request a Label Proof" checkbox when designing your label.  By choosing this service, The Welcome Bag Company will email you a proof of your label design for your approval before it goes to print. There is a one-time Label Proof Fee of $10 for all label proofs.  

If you choose to opt out of this service then we will print your labels utilizing the design, size, color and personalized text as you've selected them, and by submitting your order you are authorizing our designers to use their own discretion in the overall label design/layout.  Please remember to check for spelling errors before you submit your order.

Can I add a Custom Logo or Artwork to my labels?

Yes, we are able to print custom artwork or a company logo on most of our labels. There is a one-time Custom Artwork/Logo Fee of $30 that applies. For these orders, please follow these instructions for submitting your order: 

  • Select the "Add Custom Artwork/Logo" checkbox on the label page, and finish submitting your order,
  • Call our toll-free number (1-800-464-5480) to speak with one of our design consultants to discuss your specific request,
  • Email us your artwork (attach in JPEG, Tiff or EPS file format).
Note: We will contact you if we have questions. There is no refund on special request orders such as custom artwork/logo on labels.

Can you Match a Color if I send you a swatch?

Yes. We can match a color from a swatch or sample that you send us. A one-time Color Change Fee of $15 will be applied to your order. Please follow these instructions for submitting your order: 

  • Select the "Request a Color Change" checkbox on the label page, and finish submitting your order,
  • Call our toll-free number (1-800-464-5480) to speak with one of our design consultants to discuss your specific request,
  • Mail us your swatch/sample.

Note: We can get very close to matching your specific color, but it may not be exact due to differences between our process and how the color was achieved on your swatch. We will contact you if we have questions. There is no refund on special request orders such as color changes.

Can I use a different Font Style on my labels?

Yes. There is a one-time $15 Font Change Fee for changing the font on any label. Please follow these instructions for submitting your order:

  • Select the "Request a Font Change" checkbox on the label page, and finish submitting your order,
  • Call our toll-free number (1-800-464-5480) to speak with one of our design consultants to discuss your specific request.

Note: We can change the font on your label to another font that appears on our website. Please indicate the label style, size and the number of the text area you want your font to match when you speak with one of our design consultants. Be aware that script or cursive fonts often do not display well in all capital letters, and some fonts are only available in all capital letters. We will contact you if we have questions. There is no refund on special request orders such as font changes.

Can I switch Fonts from one label to another?

Yes, we can use any label font shown on our site. A one-time Font Change Fee of $15 will be applied to your order for this service. Please see Can I use a different Font Style on my labels? for more details.

What if my text message is longer than the provided text area allows?

If you are unable to fit your desired text in a particular label text field, you will have to phone in your order as our website imposes strict length limitations to ensure your message will fit on our labels and won't allow you to enter text beyond those limits.  Our label designers can try to accommodate your text, but there may be changes in the sizing. You can discuss your specific request with one of our design consultants. No additional fees apply.

Will my custom text be positioned exactly like the sample label on the website?

Our designers will create your label very close to the sample shown on our website, depending on your custom message. Sometimes minor changes will be made to ensure that the design layout is carefully balanced, especially for longer text messages. For special requests or changes, please call us when placing your order. No additional fees apply.

Can you change the Colors on a label?

Yes.We can change the color of your desired label to that of any label color we offer. A one-time Color Change Fee of $15 will be applied to your order. Please follow these instructions for submitting your order:

  • Select the "Request a Color Change" checkbox on the label page, and finish submitting your order,
  • Call our toll-free number (1-800-464-5480) to speak with one of our design consultants to discuss your specific request and specify the name of the label color you prefer.

Note: We can get print your desired label design in any color available as shown on our website.  For example, the color you prefer may not be an option for the label of your choice, but is available for a different label design. We may be able to accommodate your request in this case. However, while we can do this with most styles, the following styles have colors that are integral to the artwork and cannot be changed or applied to a different label design - Candystripes, Chantilly, Cornucopia, Leilani & Kashmir. If you want to match a specific color you are using that is representing well by one you see on our website, please see Can you Match a color if I send you a swatch? for more details. We will contact you if we have questions. There is no refund on special request orders such as color changes.

Do you support printing labels in Foreign Languages?

Yes, we can create labels for you in French, Spanish, German, Italian, Swedish, Dutch, and Portuguese. Just type your text exactly as you want it to appear on the label. Be sure to include the proper extended (accented) characters for your targeted language.

Do you offer Environmentally Friendly products?
